POSITION Overview:
Perform payroll, accounts payable, reception duties with minimal supervision. Assist with job cost reporting, photocopying, and filing as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -
High school graduate or GED.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Willing to perform a variety of tasks and learn new skills.
Working knowledge of all office machines (computer, typewriter, copy machine, facsimile machine, ten-key and telephone systems).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
