Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity as a Claims Service Specialist in our Cheyenne, WY Express Claim Center. We will have multiple opportunities available for a start date of Sunday, May 18, 2014.
We offer approximately 6 weeks of Paid Training. Training hours will be 8:00 am - 4:45 pm - Sunday. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. After training, shift hours will be between 7:00am - 8:45 pm, Sunday - Friday. The five day work week will include a Sunday shift and split days off.

Manage a steady volume of new claims daily.
Guide Allstate customers through our claims process.

## Qualifications

If you're up to the challenge, here are some of the qualifications you'll need to apply:
Excellent customer service skills and a passion to help others
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
The ability to be a self-starter and work independently
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
The ability to lift up to 20lbs
At least one year of customer service experience in an office environment preferred
Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
The desire to love coming to work every day!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
