Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Real Estate Services Specialist, we'll count on you to:
Assist clients with many aspects of real estate development, feasibility, purchase, appraisal, relocation, finance, costs, tax effects and project execution Assist Project Managers and coordinate among team members focused on real estate, relocation and economic issues Work directly with clients as needed Perform other duties as needed #LI-LA1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Project ARGUS and ECONPAK software a plus Ability to write legal descriptions Have the knowledge to draft the following types of real estate documents:
deed, easement and lease Must have experience and procedure using purchase property as an eminent domain purchase An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualifications 5 years experience with public agency acquisitions Why HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
