Cultivating strong relationships with our preferred suppliers and valued clients.
Efficiently managing reservations special requests, and ensuring seamless payment processes.
Finalizing detailed itineraries and presenting all relevant documentation to guests, including crucial departure information.
Monitoring and promptly addressing any travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests with utmost professionalism and care.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Preferred degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business.
A genuine passion for travel that shines through in your work.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an autonomous, remote work setting.
