Office Support Specialist
Adecco is assisting a client at the State of Wyoming for a current Office Support Specialist position in Casper, Wyoming.
This is a long-term temporary job opportunity for one year.
As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering and entering information from customers and put in Microsoft programs.

Enters and verifies alphanumeric and numeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database Support accounting department with data entry Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager May coordinate the workflow of others and run reports
Qualifications:
High School Diploma At least 1 to 3 years of office experience Proficient in Microsoft programs- Word, Excel Excellent Customer Service Excellent phone skills and written and verbal communication skills Data Entry skills Able to learn quickly and pick up software programs Pay for this position is $19.
38/hr.
This is a long-term job opportunity for up to year.
Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.
