Qualifications:
As the fastest-growing independently owned construction equipment rental company in the country, we are dedicated to creating a connected jobsite and providing innovative technology solutions to contractors.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example by inspiring the team to perform at their highest potential.
Build and develop an exceptional team.
Maximize branch performance by managing operations, balancing work hours and payroll, and conducting monthly profit and loss reviews.
Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively and clearly with the team, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken.
Resolve conflicts and establish reasonable goals with well-defined expectations for the team.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.
Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
