Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Assures development of services and actual service delivery meets the needs of the participants, and assures areas of concern with service delivery are appropriately addressed.
Assesses providers' adherence to federal, state and agency standards, assessing effectiveness of service provision, data compilation and analysis.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in Health Program Specialist or related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of training, certifications, and experienceTravel Requirements:
This position will involve no travel.
