IMDS Project Technical Manager with Security Clearance

Job Description BAE Systems is looking for well qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (MMIII ICBM) weapon system.
The successful candidate will have experience with the complexities and challenges of the ICBM maintenance environment and be well versed with the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
This is a very dynamic position that will foster opportunities to support the entire MMIII weapon system.
Use Major Command implementing instructions, AFCSM 21-series manuals, and applicable technical orders to validate, review, correct and manage work orders entered into the IMDS Identify and report applicable work orders that drive changes to Launch Facility and/or Launch Control Center status Create error trend analysis reports and provide accurate narratives to applicable agencies on a monthly basis Utilize data systems to provide assistance to the MMIII ICBM mission Attend maintenance scheduling meetings to receive situational awareness of maintenance activities that influence IMDS data entries Provide guidance and assistance to the Maintenance Group Commander and staff Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum of 10 years of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance experience with missile maintenance field experience or 10 years of Maintenance Management Production experience with extensive knowledge of ICBM Maintenance operations Detail oriented, with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others, and responds well to direction Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing Possess a strong IMDS background Ability to interpret/apply applicable Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and be eligible for Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills ICBM Weapon System Controller experience desired Community College Air Force (CCAF) Degree in one of the following:

This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
