Primary locations for this role:
Developing digital twin for industrial and smart city clients covering the entire project Lifecycle from Design-Construction-Handover-Operations to ensure the success and adoption of all aspects of the clients' platform including capitalplanning, funding, cost management and controls, process automation, reports and dashboards, scheduling, document management, bid management, and field related activities.
Integration of digital twins with all types of data sources and systems including ERP, Engineering, Maintenance, etc.
Interfacing digital twin with visualization systems, management reporting systems and toolsContribute to expanding and sustaining a knowledge base through training and mentoring of peers and subordinates.
Establish technical performance benchmark.
Support Sales team during bidding process with technical clarificationsSupport project team with estimates, schedules and resources loading.
Develop solution architecture and generate drafts for design reviews.
Help in developing project documentation and client training.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in engineering, Masters will be preferred.
Past working experience in Aerospace is highly preferred; if not other industrial and control systems organizations like Siemens, ABB etc can be looked into.
Minimum 10 years of Industrial experience.
Minimum of 5 years in developing and implementation of digital twin solutionsExperience on 3D Plant Design and Modeling as well as Building Information Management (BIM) or comparable enterprise information systems.
Knowledge of various Business Process and Analysis Tools.
Conversant with 3D design softwareMust possess the capability to understand various Business structures and be able to produce project deliverables to clients.
Previous Consulting experience, and knowledgeable about enterprise adoption management strategies.
Must be team focused and an active contributor to the delivery of the overall solution.
Demonstrated customer communication and presentation experience serving a diverse base of usersThe position requires a strong and demonstrated understanding of projects lifecycle digital solutions as well as knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction, operations, and adoption processes.
