A local leading organization is currently seeking an experienced, professional, customer service oriented
in Cheyenne for a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. Receptionists answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at the establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Responsibilities for Customer Service - Receptionist include but are not limited to the following:
o Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
o Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
o Transmit information or documents to customers, using
, mail, or facsimile machine.
o Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
o Perform
support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
o File and maintain records.
o Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or
o Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
o Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
o Receive payment and record receipts for services.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
o Excellent customer service experience
o 1-2 Years of Experience
o General office and computer skills
We have openings on M-F, 8 am - 5 pm. Pay for this position is $9-10.00/hr depending on experience. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
