The selectee's salary and grade will be determined will be determined by the Professional Standards Board (PSB). The PSB is a peer review process. The PSB will review your individual qualifications, education, professional training/internship(s), and professional experience to determine the most appropriate grade and salary based on your individual accomplishments.
