Our Wendy''s restaurant franchise group is looking to hire an Assistant Manager who will join our fun, energetic and fast-paced team! Our 18 restaurants are located in Laramie and Cheyenne, WY, Gering, NE, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder, Broomfield and Westminster, CO.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. S/he will assist the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations and managing the staff of MY Wendy''s. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures and programs.
You will also love our products including our hot and juicy hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches and sea salt fries.
We require restaurant experience, but not necessarily as a manager. The majority of our successful managers started with us or other companies as Crew Members.
Our primary skill targets include basic leadership abilities, people motivation, and communication skills.
As the Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the Wendy''s General Manager. Some of your responsibilities may be to:

o Work with management team members to meet sales goals
o Manage food and labor costs
o Execute Wendy''s company policies
o Monitor food inventory levels
o Manage and maintain safe working conditions
o Provide crew member training and development
o Interview and recommend crew members for selection in hiring
o Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our restaurant.
