## Minimum Requirements

Understanding of surveying methods
Ability to comprehend results of laboratory and field test analysis from third party inspections
Knowledge, understanding and comprehension of local building codes and standards
Knowledge, understanding and comprehension of the various installation practices and best of trade practices
Self-motivated, detailed oriented organized professional with sufficient communication skills to build a team environment

## Job Description
URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Quality Assurance Inspector for immediate employment at the project site in Cheyenne, WY through the San Francisco, CA office. Quality Assurance and Commissioning is a quality-focused process for enhancing the delivery of a project. The process focuses upon verifying and documenting that the site, facility and all of its systems and assemblies is planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet the Owner's Project Requirements and the Basis of Design. The goal of the Quality Assurance and Commissioning process is to lower the total cost of ownership of the facility while increasing system uptime.
Incumbent
Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality Assurance Process including development of Quality Assurance Inspection scripts, scheduling, coordinating, executing, reporting, and documenting the complete Quality Assurance process
Work closely with the QuICK team to verify Quality Assurance Process complies with Owner's Quality Control Manual and the project documents
Develop, update and coordinate the execution of the Quality Assurance plan
Coordinate, manage, Inspect and verify that all project required quality assurance tasks are completed for each item, piece of equipment and systems and that it is properly recorded
Coordinate and manage the required Quality Assurance Meetings and publish minutes for the meetings
Review of all submittals shall be completed and verify that the submitted item complies with the project requirements. A submittal review report shall be submitted
Review of RFI and RFI Response. RFIs and RFIs responses shall be reviewed to verify that the work is properly performed as well as updates made to the as-builts. The QA Inspector will inspect to verify that the RFI response was properly executed
Review of Change Orders to make sure they meet the Quality requirements for the project and that they are properly tracked and recorded
Review of Design Changes to make sure they meet the Quality requirements for the project and that they are properly tracked and recorded. Verify that design changes are properly installed
Perform Quality Assurance Inspection on the required items, systems and equipment. Inspections should clearly verify conformance of the installed item with the project documents and the Quality Control Manual. Items not meeting proper compliance shall be listed as an issue. Items noted and corrected on the spot shall still be listed in the issue log for tracking
Monitor Daily Construction Activities- The QA Inspector will monitor the daily construction activities at the work site. All daily observations and issues will be documented via a Daily Observation Report
Monitor Safety - thou Safety is the primary responsibility of the General Contractor, however, any time there is work activity on or near the job site where people are present the QA Inspector will monitor and verify that a safe working environment is maintained for all workers and observers. In a situation of eminent danger, the PM/CM will call for an immediate stoppage of the activity. Site Safety observations, report and logs shall be submitted in the ACXMS on a regular basis
Monitor Housekeeping - General work site cleanliness is an influential part of a safe working environment. The QA Inspector will monitor the work site to verify that the approved housekeeping activities are being observed and that the site is kept clean and orderly. Housekeeping observations, report and logs shall be submitted in the ACXMS on a regular basis
Manage the Issue Resolution Log (IRL) including Identify, inspect and track issues to completion
Provide regular schedule, status reports and attend meetings to ensure proper execution of the Quality Assurance Process
Adhere to the latest version of the Project documents, the Owner's Commissioning Plan of Record (CxPoR) and the Quality Control Manual as well as the documents incorporated by reference. The Quality Control Manual and the project documents shall take precedence over this Scope of Services Exhibit. This Scope of Services Exhibit is to be only
