CTGHS is looking for outstanding individuals with significant experience to fill the following specifications:
A Client Support Supervisor manages the daily execution of the engagement. The CSS will work closely with the CSM to provide the general duties associated with triage and assignment of tasks to the CTGHS Team Members.
To ensure CTGHS remains closely aligned with client objectives and staff, the CTGHS CSS will serve as the day-to-day liaison with client IT management and will make personal contact with the various client areas on an as needed basis, as agreed upon with appropriate client IT management staff.
This CSS, in conjunction with the CSM, is responsible for all communication and issue resolution with the client liaison and sponsors, as well as planning, coordination and execution of all team member activities.
The CSS may also assist the team members in performing their activities. Additional responsibilities include:
Function as the liaison between the client team, client end users, the CTGHS Support Team, CTGHS CSM and any other appropriate staff.
Actively communicate with client users and client liaison to determine, prioritize, and plan for the completion of service requests.
Lead the activities to document all support activities.
Develop findings (cost/benefit analysis) for presentation to the client Executive Management.
Provide status and performance reports against deliverables as defined with the plan and work breakdown structure to the client executive management including monitoring and reporting on the backlog of service requests, monthly engagement reports and performance review meetings.
Provide first level engagement quality assurance.
Monitor progress of all work and ensure its completion according to client quality assurance requirements and standard procedures for installation into production.
## Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience Include:
Application specific expertise and is able to delegate general duties associated with the triage and assignment of tasks to the assigned CTGHS application experts, both on and off-site.
Must be experienced with handling multiple projects and skilled in organizational, business process improvement, program management and technology-related topics.
Must have excellent communication, resource management and leadership skills.
Must be adept at issue resolution working with the client liaison and sponsors, as well as planning, coordination and execution of all team member activities.
