Our upcoming, full-time Software Engineer opportunities provide the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team responsible for delivering world-class cardmember experiences across multiple channels, including native iOS, Android, web, social integration, Java services, and APIs. You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof ofconcept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers.
Full-time opportunities for May 2014 or earlier graduates will be based in Phoenix, AZ, New York, NY, Palo Alto, CA, Salt Lake City, UT or Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Areas of opportunities may include:
Entry-level Software Engineers
Experienced Software Engineers
Software Architects
Technical Project Managers
Software Quality Assurance Engineers
Requirements for these opportunities may include:
- Passion for coding
- Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies
- Hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
- Creative & digital mindset
- Entry level software development experience
- Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
- Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages (e.g. Java, HTML5, JavaScript, .NET, JCL, COBOL) as appropriate
- Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
- Demonstrated experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline preferred.
- Graduation date of May 2014 or earlier
