Customer Service Rep

DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service VMI Driver will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the client's supply inventory to include deliveries and management programs, establishing safe handling practices, manage, operate and report tooling repair, calibration and maintenance programs, efficient order processing & invoicing, initiating & executing cost reduction programs, reporting and day-to-day customer interface at the client location.
The Technician will be the first line Airgas representative with the customer for all tooling, consumables and safety supplies related issues.
Administration Order products and related supplies & services from Airgas and other vendors Report and track all calibration, repair and tool maintenance Streamline and manage ordering process Streamline and manage error resolution process Prepare single monthly invoice for a location Provide internal cost allocation reports Manage E-Commerce and EDI/EFT implementation Provide reports for regulatory agencies Interface with Customer Service and inform them of changes, additions or deletions to delivery points or orders.
Provide reports for accounting/auditing Perform calibration, maintenance and repair on supplied tooling Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
Able or capable of learning to repair and calibrated a diversified inventory of tooling Inventory Forecast Requirements Determine Min/Max levels Monitor inventory Maintain product inventory Assure flawless execution of the logistics systems Approve new delivery points for accessibility and safety.
Monitor product consumption Deliver and stock inventory to point of use if auto cribbing is used Conduct physical inventory Product Acceptance Receive incoming deliveries Physically place inventory into tool crib and auto cribbing machines Perform incoming visual inspection on all inventory Operating and Support Service Attend periodic site operations and safety meetings Support major maintenance projects, new construction and turnarounds Develop and maintain site specific operating procedures Control management of calibration, maintenance and repair programs Evaluation of ongoing tooling problems Ongoing continuous improvement activities Support incoming material Quality Assurance Perform Safety Audits Single-point-of-contact for issues Emergency response support Other Duties as Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
If internal, must not have written disciplinary issues within last 90 days MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Class C CDL driver's license with HazMat & Airbrakes endorsements.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Current Medical Examiner's Card.
At least one years experience driving commercial vehicle.
Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
Ability to routinely lift 25 - 50 lbs.
, and occasionally lift 51 - 80 lbs.
Must be able to drive hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours; frequent bending also required.
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work occasional overtime if necessary.
Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have basic computer experience.
Must be able to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from -15 to 100 degrees.
Must meet all physical qualification standards imposed by regulation for drivers.
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
