SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Part Time)
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
oMakes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
o Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
o Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
oExpedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
oCoordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical servicegroups.
o Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
o Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
o Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services.
o Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment
JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative (Part- Time)
Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Prepares customer service summary reports. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
o Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations's internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
o Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
oEnsures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
oReceives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization's branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
oAccesses the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
oPerforms assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
