Clinical Project Manager, Acute Infusion - Remote

(Remote Role - 75% travel required- Desired Candidate to be based in Western US near major airport- Territory Pacific NW)
Job Purpose:
Creating clear and attainable project objectives.
Defines project requirements by managing cost, time and scope.
Collaborates with manager and team to develop implementation plans for Smiths Medical and expanded services offerings.
Provide field-based clinical support for customers in designated geographic territories.
Coordinate product in-service support for all phases of the sale process.
Responds to requests for clinical expertise on product application and practice issues to identify customer needs and potential solutions.
Facilitates professional education based on customer needs.
Acts as liaison between external customers and internal support teams.
Duties:
Project manager for Smiths Medical product implementations and projects.
Provides clinical expertise to customer questions on product application and clinical practice.
Supports the development of programs and tools that are designed to ensure successful product implementation.
Coordinates in-service support for Smiths Medical products for all phases of the sales process in assigned region.
Maintains expert clinical knowledge
Contributes to development of external customer training tools and in-service programs.
Facilitate professional education based on customer need and established process and guidelines.
Contributes to creation of additional service offerings or strategy
Provides input to internal customer teams for new product development and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with all members of the Clinical Services Team to develop programs and tools to ensure successful product application.
Provides Project management support.
Travels up to 75%.
Acts as a clinical resource with working knowledge of Smiths Medical products.
Functions in a consultative role identifying customer needs and solutions.
Serves as content expert to internal cross functional partners within the company.
Acts as clinical liaison to customers.
Manages on-site consultant support team includes training, scheduling, deploying, and time card approval for third party Education Consultants.
Convey customer feedback as appropriate
Maintains expert clinical knowledge in respective area - vascular access, acute infusion, and/or home infusion.
Leads upper level group discussions between customer and sales to facilitate and assist with strategic planning
This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Scientific University Degree (BS degree) required
Required: Registered Nurse (BSN) with current licensure.
Advanced practice nursing certificate or Master's Degree preferred.
Required: 5-7 years clinical nursing experience in respective area of focus.
Required: Excellent problem solving and customer services skills.
Required: Excellent computer skills ( PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Strongly preferred: Project management experience in clinical setting.
Strongly preferred: Experience in facilitating education and managing teams.
Strongly preferred: Experience managing supporting and implementing complex projects requiring coordination of resources, budget development and project planning.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
