RESPONSIBILITIES -
o Providing sales leads to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales goals
o Recruiting Outside Sales Representatives Agents-Trainees?
o Leading new sales agents through the on-boarding process?
o Training Outside Sales Representatives using IPA Family's sales training program?
o Motivating sales team to reach sales goals?
o Managing health care insurance sales accounts?
o Mastering IPA Family's databases as well as sales and recruiting platforms
REQUIREMENTS -
o Possess a valid Health and Life Insurance License?
o Possess at least a High School degree or equivalent?
o A track record of sales performance excellence?
o Excellent interpersonal and time management skills?
o An energetic personality?
o Self-starter, motivator, and entrepreneur
